Document Management Tool

Document Library is a central location for adding and displaying any type of document.

Document Library documents are selected from the All documents list or from a category for display within the browser. Document Library documents may be printed locally.

Document Library documents may be displayed either by category or for all. They may be displayed in date creation order or sorted by Topic. Documents may be found using the Search feature, which uses a variety of options to locate the relevant document. New Document Library documents may be added by category. They may be created as attached documents, as an Internet link, or as text entered on the page.
