Network Dashboard provides a central "dashboard" to alert you to pre-defined network conditions or issues. It manages any device that supports SNMP information such as servers, routers or other network devices like snap and print servers.

Alerts may be configured to notify you of pre-defined device conditions such as excessive:

■  storage usage
■  CPU utilization
■  temperature
■  Bandwidth usage (packets or Bps)

Information may be displayed by day, week, month, or year by clicking on the appropriate selection at the top of the Network Dashboard page. Detailed information may include System type, who maintains the system, a description (e.g. satellite connection), the type of connection, the maximum speed and IP address. Bandwidth usage is available in daily, weekly and monthly formats for traffic in, out and totals.

Further traffic detail may be displayed by clicking on any of the device or server measures.

Display for a locations Router may include:

■  Inside network utilization in bites per second
■  Outside network utilization in bites per second
■  Packets traffic
■  Round trip time in ms

For servers select VPN, Mail, AS400 or DNS. Display for a locations Server may include:

■  CPU utilization
■  Network utilization in bites per second
■  Disk usage
■  System memory
■  Base memory
■  Spool memory
■  Interactive memory
