*Application Central provides secure centralized hosting of your important business applications and information, and is available to all of your authorized users via a web browser 24 x 7. *Application Central allows access to “legacy” applications (regardless of platform, O/S or physical location), and provides user and application management using a standard “Web top” interface.

The first applications available through *Application Central are:

Network Dashboard, Document Library, Calendar, and Remote System Access are built on our *Application Central product for secure application delivery over the Web. This provides easy access to multiple applications from a single secure Web page, while providing the level of security necessary to deliver applications over the web. User IDs, passwords and subscriptions ensure that business users see only those applications authorized for them.

*Application Central promotes increased productivity. Applications a user might need to do their job can be made available in one place on a single "Web top" or page. And all applications can be accessed simply using a Web browser. These products reduce the cost of supporting the "desk top" or user PC because more of the applications can be moved off of the PC.

►   Network Dashboard - Network Monitoring and Management Tool

Designed to provide ongoing network status information that confirms your network and connections are running as they should. Any device that is SNMP capable such as switches, routers or servers can be monitored.

►   Document Library - Document Management Tool

Designed to improve your organization's efficiency through better information delivery. Storing documents in a central location delivers scalability, flexibility and lower total cost of ownership. Using a Web browser, documents are accessible anytime, anywhere via the Internet. From authoring to review, management controls document access and revisions with designated user accounts.

►   Calendar - a centralized date management system.

Calendar may be used to create a Staff Calendar, a calendar with different "views" to centrally store and display staff vacations and other important staff milestones. It may also be used as a Meeting Calendar, a calendar with different "views" to centrally store and display company and department meetings.

►   Remote System Access - Centralized Access to Remote Systems

Remote System Access allows authorized users to connect to your business systems through a web browser. Whether working from home, hotel or at a clients' place of business, remote users have access to vital & timely information 24X7. The only requirement is an Internet connection.
